i'm not one to continually update stuff like this, so i figure i'll just leave some basic info in here in case anyone is interested.

a) i picked my login from "gabriel's song" as i initally wanted that name but i obviously joined far too late for that. but don't let the name fool you: even though i tend to use a lot of christian imagry in my photos and writing, i am in no way christian.

b) all my work is copyLEFT. ie, you can do anything you like with it. yes, a credit would be nice, but it's not nesscary.

c) i'm a complete newbie at digital photography. and while i've wanted to do this sort of thing for a very long time, i still have no idea what i'm doing. any *constructive* criticism would be eternally helpful.

Interesting thing about that shot, is that looking at it, I have no idea what the blur is from. It's not motion, because it doesn't look it... So, you think, maybe out of focus... But I don't think that, as I can't find a focal point at all.

So, I decided just to embrace the burriness.

You've got an excellent gallery. :)

I must admit the picture doesn't look much realistic, but since I do art mostly for fun, sometime I don't spend a lot of time on a work...
But I'll remember the sugestion of the non-frontal position if I ever do this kind of art again =) (Smile)
